12 THINGS THAT COULD MAKE YOUR LIFE GREAT IN 2008

  1. Hearing God's Voice - Learn the spiritual skills to hear God's voice when He speaks to you.  This will give you the assurance that you are getting instructions that will give you Life and Life more abundantly (see John 10:10) otherwise, the latter part of the verse is the other option.   2. Knowing your purpose - Discover why you are on earth.

  3. Fill up your joy tank.  Relying on God for your joy which gives you strength.

  4. Being friendly - Develop godly friendships that could help support you through positive goals and negative circumstances.

  5. Pleasing God through living by Faith - There is no other way to please God, except through Faith in His Word.

  6. Being a person that loves - Show God's love even if it means pointing out deadly things in the lives of people you love.  Telling them about Jesus is loving them not infringing on their individual rights.

  7. Producing a positive future - Living a life of life not death.  This is produced by our tongue.

  8. Controlling your tongue- Developing the ability to manage your tongue because no one else can do that for you.

  9. Going beyond Will Power - As Christians we don't have to rely on will power to get us through life, but instead God's Supernatural power which is exhibited in the fruit of the Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit contains all the things that man tries to achieve today. Except don't be like the world system, and try to do this on your own will power. You were not designed to do this alone, it is a fruit of the Spirit of God.

  10. What can God's Truth do for you - According to the bible, the truth that you know about God's Word will set you free.  So get to know what the bible say about what hinders your life and be set free from it.

  11. Reality Checkup - Do a checkup to see how well you've done on the things that God has asked you to do.

  12. How to plan for the future - Learn the skills to engage God's Word for your purpose in life. As you put God's Word over your purpose, it gives you a plan. A blueprint that could chart the course of your life here in earth.  Search His Word Today.
